Affiliate Programs Admin & Partnerships Coordinator

Our client, a dynamic non‑profit organization dedicated to improving educational outcomes for underprivileged children, is seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Partnership Development Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations in and around Tangerang. The goal is to secure resources, enhance program reach, and create collaborative opportunities that amplify our impact.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of partnership frameworks, and a passion for education. This is a remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements while requiring regular engagement with partners within the Tangerang region and beyond. You will be a key player in expanding our network and securing the support needed to empower young learners.

• Identify and research potential strategic partners, including corporations, foundations, and community groups.
• Develop and execute strategies for cultivating new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.
• Initiate contact, schedule meetings, and present partnership proposals to potential collaborators.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
