• Track and report on outreach activities, measuring their effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
• Represent the organization at community forums and events, serving as a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador.
• Supervise and mentor junior outreach staff or volunteers as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in community outreach, program coordination, or non‑profit management.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Experience in developing and executing outreach plans and campaigns.
