Remote Program Coordinator

• Support the recruitment, training and management of program volunteers and mentors.
• Communicate effectively with program participants, parents, and stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
• Prepare reports on program activities, progress, and impact as required.
• Assist in the development of program materials, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth technical operation and engagement.
• Monitor program budgets and assist with tracking expenses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of program delivery and participant experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in child education and program coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or a related role, preferably within the non-profit or education sector.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience with database management and record-keeping.
