Social Impact Manager

Our client, a forward-thinking charity organization, is looking for an experienced and visionary Social Impact Manager to lead and enhance their programs in Centurion, Gauteng . • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and deepen the social impact of our client's programs in Centurion .
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various social initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and frameworks for measuring and reporting on social impact.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for intervention and program development.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, corporate partners, and community stakeholders in Gauteng .
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Prepare compelling reports, proposals, and presentations for donors, partners, and the board of directors.
• Stay abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and policy changes relevant to social impact and development.
• Champion the organization's mission and values, ensuring they are embedded in all programmatic activities.

• Master's degree in social sciences, international development, public policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, social impact assessment, or community development, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic social impact initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and public speaking.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and fundraising.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of the social landscape and development challenges in Centurion and Gauteng is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial oversight for complex projects.
