You'll be our first person on the ground in the US. Half your week is with churches: demos, onboarding and the follow-up that gets them live on Ministry Hub. The other half is with their people: campus groups, young adults and local creators.
It's a builder's role. It starts as a part-time contract of about 20 hours a week for three to six months. As Dallas grows, it can become full-time, and you'll help us decide which role to hire next.
Where you'll workDallas-Fort Worth first. Then Houston and the rest of Texas.
Churches you'll meetNon-denominational, Baptist, African diaspora and multi-site churches.
LanguagesEnglish. Spanish is a real plus.
PayCompetitive monthly USD rate plus commission for every church that goes live.
About half: churches
- Demo Ministry Hub to pastors, executive pastors and church admins.
- Follow up until interest becomes a decision.
- Set up each Church Space with its team: ministries, rotas, giving and check-in.
- Train admins, and check in through the first months.
About half: community
Fill the circles- Partner with campus ministries and young adult groups.
- Show up at faith events, and run a few of our own.
- Find and work with local Christian creators.
- Recruit a small group of Faith Circle ambassadors.
- Three or more years in church partnerships, ministry operations, community building or B2B sales.
- Relationships in the Dallas-Fort Worth church scene, or the warmth to build them quickly.
- You can run a demo in the morning and an event in the evening, and enjoy both.
- You're self-starting: comfortable being remote and the only one of us in your city, for now.
- You keep tidy notes and tell us honestly what's working.
What good looks like
Six months in, Dallas has its first Faith Circle churches and circles.- A first group of Dallas churches live on Ministry Hub, with trained admins.
- Campus and young adult groups using Faith Circle week to week.
- A clear view of which role we should hire next in the US.
Two references, ideally one from a church leader. You'll work with churches and their people, so a background check is part of our safeguarding.
Then a contract, with a 90-day plan we write together and a review at the end of it.
