Program Coordinator - Social Impact

About the Role Our client, a well-established charity focused on community development and social upliftment, is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage and implement impactful social programs. This fully remote position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about driving social change and managing projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing program logistics, stakeholder engagement, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives designed to benefit the community.

• Plan, execute, and monitor social impact programs in alignment with Our client's mission and objectives.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Coordinate activities with program staff, volunteers, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and beneficiaries.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data, measuring impact and identifying areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and events.
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for programs.
• Contribute to the development of new program proposals and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or coordination within the non-profit or social development sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and impact measurement.
• Proficiency in project management software and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Passion for social justice and community development.
• Familiarity with the needs and context of the Queenstown region is advantageous.
