Position OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role that combines in-person care at our Glen Burnie clinic with remote telemedicine flexibility. This clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, and collaborative treatment planning for clients across the lifespan.
New graduate NPs are welcome—we offer structured mentorship, supervision, and a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management sessions.
- Provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and clinical leadership to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR.
- Participate in care coordination, staff meetings, and clinical discussions.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, patient education, and supportive interventions.
- Support ITC's mission of providing accessible, high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services.
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Eligible for Maryland NP licensure and DEA registration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Comfort with hybrid (in-person + telehealth) service delivery.
- New grads welcome—mentorship and onboarding support provided.
Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 based on experience and caseload capability
