** Overview:
** In this vital role, you’ll share 24/7 responsibility with the department manager for ensuring smooth daily operations across one or more clinical areas. You’ll guide and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals—ensuring patient safety, exceptional care quality, and an outstanding patient and family experience.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Supervise patient care services staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
* Support departmental operations, including budgeting, payroll, and purchasing.
* Serve as a clinical and technical resource, mentoring team members and promoting professional growth.
* Collaborate in recruiting, developing, and retaining a highly reliable, skilled team.
* Assist with staff education, onboarding, and precepting.
* Adapt leadership style and communication to effectively meet departmental goals.

* What You’ll Need:

*** Valid RN license in the state(s) of practice.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
