Position Highlights:

• Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists.
• Care team model covering approximately 9,200 cases each year including 1,500+ deliveries.
• 8 anesthesia locations at SNJMC that run M-F: 5 rooms in main OR, endo suite, EP lab/CVIR and L&D.
• Cases include general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, urology, vascular, neuro, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, OB/GYN, and general peds.
• 8, 10, 12, 16 daytime shifts available.
• CRNA in-house 24/7.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary
• Annual Quality Performance Incentive – $5,000.
• Sign on/Commencement/Retention Bonus – $50,000 sign on w/2-year commitment. $20k payable at the end of year 2 and 3. All bonuses are less applicable taxes.
• Annual CME Allowance - $3,500.
• Generous Paid Annual Leave
• Comprehensive Benefits Package includes medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, two retirement plans with Sentara contribution, plus much more!
• Paid Malpractice and Tail Insurance.
• PSLF Eligible – Sentara is not-for-profit.
