Advanced Practitioner, Full-Time - Hybrid/Jenkintown, PA

VIVO Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to join our team in Jenkintown, PA. This hybrid role offers a flexible work environment with a few days in the Jenkintown clinic and the opportunity to work from home.

• Oversee infusion care provided by nurses in physician-based ambulatory infusion centers in Jenkintown and Center City, PA via telehealth as needed.
• Create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center, providing critical support to the team and evaluating patients’ needs throughout the treatment process.
• Deliver compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal regulations, company policies and guidelines, within your scope of practice.
• Review and evaluate clinical information, admit appropriate patients for infusion, evaluate new referrals, monitor plans of care, and document in the electronic medical record.

• Must have a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant in the state in which service is provided.
• Must have current DEA license.
• Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred, but not required.
• 1-3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently; ability to work collaboratively with professional ethics and regulatory compliance practices.

• Pay Range: $53.00 - $61.00 per hour
