As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner with YSP, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care to patients across the U.S. in your area of specialty. You will work independently, supported by a robust digital infrastructure and a collaborative network of healthcare professionals. YSP provides all digital resources, including EMR/EHR, EDI, malpractice insurance, billing/coding support, and access to collaborative physicians.

Family Medicine / Primary Care NPs

• Pre-care: Acute triage, health screening, pre-visit assessments, medication reconciliation.
• Post-care: Hospital discharge follow-up, medication management, post-procedure check-ins.
• Routine care: Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension), annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, behavioral health check-ins.

Psychiatric-Mental Health NPs

• Pre-care: Initial mental health assessment, crisis triage, intake evaluations.
• Post-care: Therapy follow-up, medication adjustment, relapse prevention, post-hospitalization check-ins.
• Routine care: Ongoing psychotherapy, medication management, support groups, behavioral health monitoring.

Pediatric NPs
