** Job Summary
** Directs, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.
** Qualifications
* *** Education
* ** Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Science required
* Master's Degree Nursing preferred
** Licenses and Credentials
*** Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] required
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred
* Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred
* CNOR certification preferred
** Experience
* ** Nursing experience 2-3 years required and
* Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
*** Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
