Hospice Registered Nurse; RN - Augusta

Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) based in Grovetown, GA. • Minimum of two years’ experience in hospice or palliative care settings
• Proficiency with Hospice Care Home-Based (HCHB) software preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with empathy for end-of-life care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license to travel to patient homes
