Position Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – After Hours (Remote, Part‑time)

Join Cassia’s After‑Hours RN team as a Minnesota‑licensed Registered Nurse who will triage calls from clinical staff for emergency situations. The RN will work the entire shift answering calls and completing documentation from calls. The role is an extension of the site DHS, and you will be expected to reach out to hospitals, families, providers, and at times site directors to coordinate care.

• Triage and conduct calls from clinical staff for emergency situations.
• Answer calls and complete documentation throughout the shift.
• Coordinate care by contacting hospitals, families, providers, and site directors.
• Provide continuity of care during after‑hours as part of the RN Triage team.

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Prior RN experience required; must be comfortable with resident care processes in Assisted Living setting and/or long‑term care.
• Must have Assisted Living experience.
• Director of Health Services experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and a high comfort level learning new technology programs.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of the RN Triage team delivering continuity of care during after‑hours.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in IA, ND, FL and CO and receive a TB gold blood test (expenses paid).

• $36 per hour.

Shifts:

Every other weekend on rotating block schedule – Days 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM;
Every other weekend 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (options for weekday hours).
