We are hiring a Nurse Navigator for our San Antonio, TX location.
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Essential Responsibilities- Educate referring physicians and staff about the START Phase 1 program and clinical trials.
- Perform referral intake, ensuring high-quality care and service for new patients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient matching and care coordination through technology.
- Schedule Phase 1 appointments, address care barriers, and connect patients with community resources.
- Present new and ongoing trials to referring physicians using virtual and in-person platforms.
- Coordinate case conferences and attend tumor boards to support cancer care.
- Maintain accurate documentation for patient tracking and study monitoring.
- Associate’s degree.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of oncology experience.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
- Clinical trials experience.
