We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our Waltham site to provide on-site support and day-to-day management to the site’s nursing staff, as well as continue to provide direct patient care. This is an exciting, fast paced practice with a strong mission and commitment to quality care.

The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with the other clinic services, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site clinical and patient related services; facilitates communication, coordination and planning between clinical departments and oversees interaction with other non-clinical departments. Ensure smooth patient flow and daily clinical operations of the site.

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Master's Preferred)
• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong experience in ambulatory family practice health care, program administration, clinical operations, and employee supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with people from diverse cultures.
• Experience with case management helpful.
