Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine Team – Providence

Under general supervision of the Hospital Attending Physician and in collaboration with the clinical nursing staff is responsible for the development and evaluation of treatment plans for inpatients.

The Nurse Practitioner assists in the care and management of patients to include, but not limited to: admission history and physical, ongoing assessment and intervention, and coordination of care.

Graduate of Nurse Practitioner program with MS degree. Current RI NP license that includes prescriptive privileges;
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
