Psych Nurse Practitioners for the Gardner or Northampton Outpatient Clinics to provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment of clients including prescription services, assessment services, and ongoing medication monitoring

Practitioner will work closely with staff and provide consultation as needed.

Provide diagnostic and evaluation services for clients, as well as prescribe needed medication.

Conduct medication reviews and monitoring as needed.

Provide medical and psychiatric consultations to staff.

Evaluate or assist in the evaluation of clients in need of emergency treatment services for possible hospitalization.

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for outreach Clinicians and Family Support Workers who work with youth, adults and families providing crisis stabilization and ongoing support.
