About the Position
We’re actively seeking Remote Nurse Practitioners with a special focus on Remote Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners (AGNP), and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) s to deliver synchronous and asynchronous virtual telehealth care. You will join an interdisciplinary remote nurse practitioner team delivering telehealth services using phone, video, chat, and connected devices.

This role is for a clinical care professional who delivers medical care using telemedicine modalities exclusively, including video, phone, connected devices, and asynchronous messages (chat/email).
Nurse Practitioners are members of an interdisciplinary care team working as staff clinicians with Open Loop. They work independently and are responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making within the industry and locally established standards of care, clinical practice guidelines, and organization policies and procedures. The scope of medical decision-making focuses on common conditions that would present within an episodic, acute, or primary care medical practice.

Responsibilities- Obtains histories, conduct virtual exams, documents findings, evaluates and diagnoses medical and behavioral health conditions, recommends treatment plans, constructs care plans, enlists support from other team members, and promotes peace of mind by investing in patient confidence
- Delivers patient care in high-priority care targeting a range of common chronic conditions
- Demonstrates flexibility by adapting as needed to change processes and practice in an evolving, ambiguous environment
- Communicates effectively with other providers, including using comprehensive charting and messaging
- Delivers patient care that balances the best that medical science has to offer, patient preferences and values, and invests in patients' future confidence and skills.
- Provide feedback about opportunities to improve the quality of care and operational processes
- Must be board certified as an FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP with at least 3 state licenses OR be certified in at least 2 of CA, FL, NY, TX, or IL
- Providers with Full Practice Authority is preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care (preferred), or urgent care required
- Ability to work some nights and weekends a plus
- Outstanding clinical expertise, evidence-based practice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment
- Timely and professional
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience a plus
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus

Medical Weight Loss- $20/Synchronous visit
- $8/Asynchronous visit
- $20/Synchronous visit (7-15 minutes)
- $30/Synchronous visit (behavioral health consult 20 minutes)
- $3/Asynchronous visit
- This is a 1099, contract position
- 20 to 40 hours, full-time preferred
Nurse Practitioners will have the opportunity to earn up to $250,000 a year.
