How You Will Make a Difference- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents with the highest quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as required by Director of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills to prioritize, coordinate and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
