Remote Nurse Practitioner

The Role

• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week).
• Location: 100% Remote within the U.S. (Preference for East or West Coast-based candidates).
• Focus: Deliver comprehensive care across all degrees of acuity and complexity via a cutting-edge platform utilising chat and video visits. You will manage triage, offer rapid specialist input, and expedite labs, imaging, and referrals within the patient's network.

This is a senior role requiring proven expertise and specific licensure coverage.

• Experience:
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience in telehealth/virtual care models.

    Hours:
    
    At least 6,240 hours (equivalent to 3 years full-time).
• Licensure Coverage: You MUST hold state licenses that collectively cover at least 40% of the US adult population
  . This includes, but is not limited to, major states like California, Texas, Florida, and New York
  .
• Education: Nursing Degree from a US medical school and training program only.
• Leadership: Proven experience overseeing clinical groups, developing clinical workflows, and setting practice policies in an app-based setting.
• Mission Alignment: High degree of excitement and belief in the future of telehealth and fast-changing clinical environments.
• Soft Skills: Strong, personable, and clear communicator with patients during written and video consultations.
• Tech Savvy: A fast learner comfortable utilising tools like Zoom, Athena, Slack, and Zendesk.
