Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while following the prescribed care plan and agency policies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes as outlined in their care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Educate clients and their families on proper health care and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home health
• Current CPR certification. And Level 2 Background Screening
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
