Registered Nurse - ICU - Part Time

Work Shift: Third (Nights)

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center – Williamsburg, VA – ICU (Critical Care). Registered Nurse (RN) – Part‑Time NIGHTS. Up to $10,000 bonus.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing competent nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation) along with professional performance standards (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, environmental health). Responsibilities include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with families, and overall patient care.

Education: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN.

Certifications & Licensure: RN License valid to work in Virginia. BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Experience: Recent previous RN ICU bedside experience required.

Base pay rate for full‑time employment: $30.38 – $55.38 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
