• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – valid and unrestricted in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and auto insurance (preferred).
• Clinical experience – at least 2‑3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy expertise – proficiency in administering and overseeing IV infusions including medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Wound care – experience with dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Care plan development – skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
• Quality assurance & risk management – experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance.
• Problem‑solving & decision‑making – ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly.
• Flexibility & availability – comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and responding to emergencies.

• Home health or private duty nursing experience – familiarity with Bright Star Care’s model is a plus.

Salary: $50‑60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Hours:

20‑40 hours per week.

Start date:

Immediate. Flexible hours and various part‑time, per‑diem, full‑time leadership opportunities available.
