Location:
Newport News, VA | Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251. We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet dynamic clinical needs, leading a multidisciplinary team and supporting clinical staff and physicians. They play a key role in administrative decision‑making, staff development, program implementation, while ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and compassionate care across all areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high‑quality care.
- Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
- Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
- Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required) - Certification/Licensure:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (required)
- One of the following licenses is required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Multi‑State – North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single‑State – North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Multi‑State – Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single‑State – Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
- Experience:
- 2 years of home health or infusion experience (required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (required)
