Location:

Newport News, VA | Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251. We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet dynamic clinical needs, leading a multidisciplinary team and supporting clinical staff and physicians. They play a key role in administrative decision‑making, staff development, program implementation, while ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and compassionate care across all areas of responsibility.

• Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high‑quality care.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required)
• Certification/Licensure:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (required)
  • One of the following licenses is required:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) Multi‑State – North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
    • Registered Nurse (RN) Single‑State – North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
    • Registered Nurse (RN) Multi‑State – Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
    • Registered Nurse (RN) Single‑State – Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Experience:
  • 2 years of home health or infusion experience (required)
  • 1 year of supervisory experience (required)
