SENTARA ROCKINGHAM MEDICAL CENTER – Harrisonburg, Virginia. RN PCU/IMCU/Stepdown. 14 Week Temp Position with 12-hour night shifts at $70/hr education required:
Associates Degree in Nursing;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Certification/Licensure:
Registered Nurse.
AT LEAST 2 years of RECENT bedside acute care hospital PCU/IMCU/Stepdown as an RN REQUIRED.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) performs nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching and health promotion, and evaluation. Maintains standards of professional performance including ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice / nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health. The RN applies clinical knowledge to meet standards required by clinical areas.
