Palmetto Infusion provides comprehensive ambulatory and home-based infusion services to both acute and chronically ill patients. Our centers care for people by providing patients and their families with a convenient, affordable, and safe place to receive infusion treatments. To provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed.

Service Areas:
Palm Coast, FL. May float to nearby clinics as needed.

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and hold an Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states and current and emerging therapies.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient in partner programs (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with an ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

• Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
• Work as a team member with all members of PIS, nurses, and other NPs/MDs.
• Perform nursing functions as needed.
• Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
• Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.
