We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health care team. The RN will visit patients at home, perform admission and initial assessments, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs. Pay is beyond competitive, especially for RNs with experience in home health. Training in home health is available otherwise.

The work is part-time and can be done in addition to your current job. Must be licensed in Virginia and able to visit homes in Virginia.

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

• Must be located in Virginia, Maryland or DC
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Previous experience as in home care or home health is preferred
• Must have experience with OASIS
• Must have experience using Wellsky as an EMR.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required
• Must be able to visit patients in northern Virginia.
