SENTARA WILLIAMSBURG REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – REGISTERED NURSE – NIGHTS. Hospital‑wide float pool. Full Time with benefits, premium pay, and up to $20,000 bonus.

• At least 18 months of inpatient bedside RN acute‑care hospital experience in Intermediate Care Stepdown and/or Med/Surg – willing to cross‑train and float to both Med/Surg and Stepdown.
• Meets and maintains specialty requirements; ACLS, BLS, NIHH.
• Education:
  
  RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.
• Valid RN license in the State of Virginia.
• All direct‑care RNs must obtain BLS within 90 days of hire.

Assess and admit patients, conduct rounding checks, administer medications, communicate with families, and ensure overall patient care. Work collaboratively within an outstanding team environment.

Competitive base pay ($30.38–$55.38) plus incentives and benefits. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
