SENTARA WILLIAMSBURG REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – Registered Nurse – Stepdown, Days.

Up to $15,000 Bonus for qualified RNs. New Graduate RNs accepted.

• Previous RN acute care experience preferred.
• Meets and maintains specialty requirements;
  Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

• RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.

• RN License valid to practice in Virginia.
• Clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

The RN is responsible for performing competent nursing care: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, coordination of care; communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality, evaluation, resource utilization.

Primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, speaking with family, overall care. Teamwork with exceptional collaboration among staff.

Base pay: $30.38 – $55.38 per hour; additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, bonus).
