Position Summary
Forthright Case Management is seeking a self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Colorado to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working remotely combined with local in-person visits. If you are an experienced, proactive RN who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered role—this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of medical care for injured workers.
Act as a liaison between providers, therapists, employers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.
Attend medical appointments, perform hospital visits, and manage care plans.
Coordinate medical equipment, home health services, and home modifications when needed.
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication across all parties.
Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while traveling locally as needed.
Required Qualifications
Active Colorado RN License
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
Bilingual – Spanish/English (Required)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum 1 year of Nursing Experience (Required)
Case Management experience preferred
Willingness to travel locally up to 50%
