We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at our Allegheny County group homes in the Kennedy Township area.

Nurses working in our community group homes will provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during their shift. The nurse will travel between homes as needed, working with the direct care staff to ensure physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out, as well as general health monitoring. Individuals are generally dependent on staff for many daily care activities, and we work to increase their independence and exposure to the community.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities by completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications.
