Location: Remote, based in Richmond, TX

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients, plan care within set time frames, and document findings according to policies.
  • Oversee and supervise shifts, delegate tasks, monitor staff, and ensure adherence to nursing policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians when necessary.
  • Administer medications following hospital policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure.
  • Experience in psychiatric healthcare, especially with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is preferred.
  • Current unencumbered license to practice in the state.
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
