Location: Remote, based in Richmond, TX

- Assess patients, plan care within set time frames, and document findings according to policies.
- Oversee and supervise shifts, delegate tasks, monitor staff, and ensure adherence to nursing policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians when necessary.
- Administer medications following hospital policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure.
- Experience in psychiatric healthcare, especially with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is preferred.
- Current unencumbered license to practice in the state.
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
