Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Williamsburg, Virginia. Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown/IMCU/Days.

Compensation:
Up to $20,000 bonus to qualified RNs; $7,500 bonus for qualified New Grad RNs. NEW GRAD RNs Accepted!

• Assess/admit patients, perform rounds, administer medications, communicate with families, and manage the overall care of patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Demonstrate nursing care using the nursing process and clinical standards of practice and professional performance.

• Previous RN acute care experience preferred.
• Meets and maintains requirements defined by specific specialty;
  Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire;
  All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

• RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.

• RN License valid to practice in the State of Virginia.
• RN license valid to work in the State of Virginia (redundant text removed).

• Salary and compensation: base pay range for full-time employment is $30.38 - $55.38 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
