- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Full-time.
Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
Salary: Up to USD $35.06 /hr.
