Location:
Central New Jersey (Tinton Falls, NJ). Pay: $33.00-$36.47 per hour.

We will equip you with personal protective equipment (PPE) to care for our vulnerable senior and adult populations.
What You'll Do and Who You AreYou are honest, likable, approachable, and communicate easily with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing. You observe and report signs or symptoms indicating changes in client condition, listen well, make decisions, and are passionate about customer focus. You provide best‑in‑class care management, strive for excellence, maintain a smile, and model accountability, assertiveness, and coaching for new caregivers.
Must Haves- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and licensed to practice in the state
- 3 years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred)
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current CPR certification
- Ability to perform all nursing procedures as outlined in the state’s scope of practice under RN and physician orders
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured automobile or adequate transportation for work
- Available for work on weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak, understand)
- Participation in in‑service education programs as mandated by state law
- Primarily works in client’s residence; travel may be required
- Shift times and days vary with client needs
