Overview

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity throughout the treatment process. In this role, you will educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Work Shift:

First (Days)

Lead and support patient care activities; monitor vital signs; document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards; address complex health situations with clinical judgment; collaborate with the medical team; provide patient and family education; uphold patient safety and ethics.

• Registered Nurse with appropriate licensure
• Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire
• Meet additional Life Support requirements defined by the clinical area (ACLS, PALS, ONC/ONCC, NRP, etc. as applicable)
• Ability to adhere to evidence-based protocols and nursing scope of practice
