Registered Nurse Infusion
As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. The right candidate will be part of our company's Rockstar Clinical Team and will be provided opportunity and full support to grow in their career. This Registered Nurse (RN) leader will own the overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of our home care services program Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance especially in the area of infusion.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
- Active RN License :
Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation. - CPR Certification
- Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Clinical Experience :
At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing. - IV Infusion Therapy Expertise :
Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition) with minimum 2-3 years of experience - Wound Care :
Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT / Wound VAC management). - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making :
Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently. - Flexibility & Availability :
Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and responding to emergencies
- Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience :
Familiarity with Bright Star Care's business model is a plus - Sales & Business Development Mindset :
Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
