Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (2+ years preferred, particularly in emergency or trauma settings).

Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred. Associate degree RNs must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire.

Certifications: BLS certification required; specialty certification (as required by the unit) within 1 year of hire.

Licensure: Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Skills: Leadership, clinical decision-making, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time.

Schedule:

36 hours per week. Pay: $43.00 - $74.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and potential signing bonuses. Setting:
Level I Trauma Center. Additional Perks:

This position is based in Falls Church, VA. Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting work.
