Salary Range: $69,742 – $116,251

ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification (American Heart Association, RQI required within 90 days of hire)
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Multi‑State License (North Carolina Board of Nursing or Virginia Department of Health Professionals)
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Single‑State License (North Carolina Board of Nursing or Virginia Department of Health Professionals)
- 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
