Registered Nurse

RN will work within the hospital and, upon discharge, will meet with patients and help transition them to the hospital-at-home program.

Shift: Flexible Schedule, 4-10's, 1p-11p covering Dauphin County

Requirements:

• PA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• IV Wound Care and Lab Draws
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience in ICU, Med-Surg or ER
