Responsibilities

• Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
• TBI + SCI rehabilitation
• Pediatrics
• Geriatrics
• Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
• Gastrostomy tube care
• Dispensing medications
• Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
• Report any changes
• Document observed changes
• Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
• Maintains professional nature within the home setting

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
• Current state license as an RN or LPN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certified

Schedule:

Centria's clients have a wide variety of shifts;
Days, Nights, Weekends, Visits etc. Our client's needs dictate their schedule. With our vast census of clientele, we are sure to find the perfect fit for anyone.
