A local leader in home health services is seeking an RN Admission Specialist to guide the start of care for clients transitioning into home-based services. This position allows for solo field visits, providing direct care with purpose and building trust as the first clinician in the care journey. Candidates must have a valid Minnesota RN license, OASIS experience, and strong communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $150 to $200 per admission visit, plus mileage reimbursement.
