Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Montana. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state in which they will practice.

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position. Salary range is $130,000–$187,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours per week.

We do not push or incentivize stimulant medications; they are offered as an option based on client diagnosis. We do not currently treat substance use disorders and refer to in‑person providers if conditions are too severe for telemedicine.

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 years and older.
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate with clients on care plans.
• Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at various sites.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Understanding of Advanced
  
  MD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year psychiatry practice; 3 years experience is a plus.
• All clinicians must complete an in‑house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam.
