Description

The Leave Case Manager serves as the main contact and subject matter expert for Caregivers and Core Leaders, and is responsible for adjudicating and administering leave of absence claims. You will maintain a rapport and provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in all types of leave and accommodation cases.

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2 years Leave, Disability, Accommodation or similar case management experience

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management or equivalent educ/experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
