Play a crucial part in conducting accurate assessment of disease conditions, review medical records and communicate findings to the specific facility assigned following guidelines set by the Client.

• Completing Audits and Reports following the deadline set by the supervisor
• Engaging in Team calls and Meetings
• Collaborating closely with Client supervisors to assist and meet specific deadlines as requested by various accounts
• Performing other duties and tasks assigned

• At least three years of experience as a nurse and with Experience working as a Medical Coder nurse/ Nurse Reviewer working with the adult and/or geriatric population in direct patient care, with the most recent experience including the last year. There should be no gaps in work history for the past year.
• Preferred:
  Geriatric, Med/Surg, ER/Trauma, CCU/PCU
• Experience with managing chronic conditions (CHF, HTN, COPD, CKD, DM) and common infections (PNA, UTI, Sepsis)
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide specific examples to questions asked.
• Explain a situation, task at hand, action and the result. (STAR)
• Ability to make complex patient care decisions using nursing judgment.
• Ability to trend vital signs and lab values, and correlate those findings with the patient's presentation and recent medical history.
