We are seeking a talented full time Adult, Geriatric or Family Nurse Practitioner for our growing post-acute care locations in the north Boston area. Post-Acute experience in a SNF/LTC setting, Minimum 2 years as an NP in an acute or post-acute care setting. Ability to work independently and manage complex clinical situations
