Your Role in Our Hospice Nursing Team:

• Provide high‑quality bedside care to patients and their families.
• Offer education on disease progression, end‑of‑life care, self‑care techniques, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Manage symptoms with expertise and empathy.
• Document accurately, maintaining records of assessments, progress notes, care plans, and physician orders.
