• Provide direct care, counseling, and education to patients in various settings
• Perform thorough histories and physical examinations for accurate assessments
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests to guide patient care Develop and implement plans of care based on diagnostic findings
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including notes and summaries for patient records

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program
• 4 years of primary care or triage experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Valid state licenses for Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and staff

• Experience in outpatient care settings
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of practice
• Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Previous experience with telehealth services
