A compassionate and dedicated job‑seeker is needed for the Hospice Nurse opportunity with our company! As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned hospice patients. This opportunity offers$34- $43 per hour based on experience!

What You’ll Do:
- Assess patient and family educational needs and provides appropriate education
- Applies nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients, providing nursing care, emotional support and education to patient and family
- Initiate interdisciplinary plan of care to address PFC needs
- Provides safe and appropriate patient care in accordance with protocols, policies, procedures and physician orders
- Manages medications according to standards
- Responds appropriately in emergency situations
- Implements, evaluates and revises the plan of care and directs other in its implementation
- Provides or facilitates the provision of emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Participates in the orientation of new employees
- Provides supervision of all CHHA and Volunteers
What You’ll Bring to Our Team:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- NJ RN license required; BSN preferred
- IV and Medical Surgical Experience required
- Hospice experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus!
